The Ubora International Inc. Community Care Box is a monthly program designed to support Philadelphia families by providing essential groceries, household items, and basic necessities during times of financial hardship.
Our team will hand-deliver these boxes monthly to selected families.
Each Community Care Box may include:
•Shelf-stable grocery items
•Toiletries and personal care products
•Weather appropriate clothing (i.e. hats, gloves)
•Age-appropriate toys for children
Who Can Apply
•Households residing in Philadelphia County
•Families experiencing financial hardship or need
•One submission per household
Important Information (Please Read)
•Submissions will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
•Completing the form does not guarantee that a household will receive a care box.
•Only one care box per household.
